Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, the customer will be eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 days of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation. Promotional and free gift items are strictly NOT refundable unless in the rare case of a
manufacturing defect subject to the discretion of Ahaliamed.com.
Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products. Concerning pricing errors, although Ahaliamed.com will do its best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs,
Ahaliamed.com will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
Exchange requests for non-defective, correctly delivered products-(Discretion of Ahaliamed.com) should be made within 3 days from the date of delivery and a pickup fee of 25 AED for Sharjah, 35 AED for other Emirates will be charged.
All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original accessories (Product should be in its original condition) within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Ahaliamed.com reserves the right to deny any exchange for cases subject to hygiene. Ahaliamed.com reserves the right to amend these ‘terms and conditions without prior notice.
